He began his professional career at the "Four Seasons" hotel in St. Petersburg, working under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Andrea Accordi. Subsequently, he joined the culinary team of the "Kokoko" restaurant, led by Chef Igor Grishchenko, which was ranked among the top 100 restaurants in the world by "The World's 50 Best" in 2019. After "Kokoko," he moved to the "Futura" project with a portion of the team, one of the most prominent projects in St. Petersburg. He also participated in other St. Petersburg projects, including "Animals" and "Saro." He also graduated from the international culinary academy "Novikov School," completing the "Chef's Basic Course." In parallel with his work in restaurants, he completed internships at establishments such as "White Rabbit," "Harvest," and "Bourgeois Bohemians." In 2022, he moved to Kaliningrad and in 2023, he became the head of the "Bulochki Ranney Ptashki" project, a coffee shop specializing in breakfast and pastries. The coffee shop received the "Best Breakfasts" award in Kaliningrad in 2023 and 2024, according to the "Pumpernickel" award. In 2025, he took on the role of head chef at the "Skazka" restaurant, offering a modern interpretation of Russian cuisine.
He was born in the Republic of Dagestan and studied at the Plekhanov Russian Economic University in Moscow.
