About
Anastasia began her career in Orel. As soon as she stepped into the gastrobar where she was doing her internship, she immediately realized that she wanted to cook. Anastasia was aware of the complexity of being a chef, and that was precisely what attracted her. In the three years she spent studying and working in Orel, she had the opportunity to collaborate with two of the strongest restaurant projects in the city. From there, she set a goal to work in the best restaurant in Moscow. "I had a clear understanding of my goals. I saw myself in the best restaurant in Moscow, and I knew that to achieve my dream, I would have to work tirelessly, 24/7," Anastasia recalls. After graduating from college, she moved to Moscow and got a job as a pastry chef at the restaurant "Gorynych," where she managed to work in various departments over two years. "I remember that time, and I still get goosebumps. Eighteen-year-old Anastasia was a vibrant, energetic girl for whom nothing was impossible. I lived only for my goal." At the age of twenty, Anastasia participated in the television show "Hell's Kitchen," where she became a finalist, finishing in third place. "After returning from filming, a few months later, Vladimir Mukhin offered me the position of sous chef at the White Rabbit restaurant. That's where the most interesting things began." Anastasia, along with Vladimir and the team, worked on creating new menus, traveled extensively, and cooked in different cities and countries. Today, Anastasia Kostyurenko is not only an experienced chef within the WRF team, but also a carrier of the cultural values and expertise of the world-renowned restaurant alliance. She has a lot to say and a lot to teach her colleagues.
