Fedor Solodkin is originally from Rostov-on-Don. He developed his love for cooking from his grandmother, spending time in the kitchen with her while she prepared meals. Under the guidance of Vladimir Mukhin, he quickly advanced in his career, moving from a grill cook to a brand chef. In his dishes, he prefers to adhere to the classics of European cuisines: French, Italian, English, and Northern European. He combines their techniques and applies them to Russian cuisine, using local ingredients and flavors characteristic of Russia.
