Since June 2022, she has been the head chef at the ROZÉ & Dance restaurant, a fine dining establishment promoting a healthy lifestyle in the heart of St. Petersburg.

She is a multiple medalist in the Bocuse d'Or Russia culinary competition. Her principles include a careful approach to resources and the environment, a functional approach to food, and a focus on the well-being of each guest. Ulyana studied vegetarian cuisine in the kitchen of the Thai monastery Wat Kati Karon, mastered the Scandinavian trend at the Michelin-starred Olo restaurant in Helsinki, and studied sports nutrition in the online project LadBy. In 2017, she joined the team of the White Rabbit restaurant as a vegan chef and, together with Chef Vladimir Mukhin, developed the first vegetarian tasting menu in Russia.

Before joining ROZÉ & Dance, she was the head chef at the "Pavilion Prund Patrici" restaurant in Moscow.
