Andrey Lysogor began his career in 2017 as a kitchen assistant in a Mediterranean restaurant, where he worked with an Italian chef. A year later, he completed his culinary education. Since then, he has been actively developing his career, participating in the opening of various seafood, meat, and pan-Asian restaurants. From 2018 to 2023, he worked on seasonal projects in regions such as Crimea, Krasnaya Polyana, and Kamchatka, learning to prepare dishes and create menus using local ingredients, and working with renowned Russian and European chefs. He worked at the 5-star boutique hotel "Dacha Rakhmaninov" under the guidance of Chef Evgeny Zorov, and collaborated with Chef Andrey Matyukha at the "Ugli Ugli" restaurant in Krasnodar. He conducted master classes at Arkady Novikov's culinary school and worked with Vladimir Mukhin at the White Rabbit restaurant. He also has experience working in hotels such as Marriott and Rixos in Krasnaya Polyana. A recent development in his career is his participation in the opening of a summer terrace featuring Turkish cuisine at the Oz Kebab restaurant, and his role as sous chef at a gastropub on Patriarch's Ponds, working with the famous Argentine chef, Martin Repetto. Andrey Lysogor is skilled at successfully combining traditional and modern cooking techniques, focusing his efforts on creating unique gastronomic experiences for guests.
