Andrey's career in the culinary world is marked by significant projects in both Russian capitals. From February 2021 to January 2022, he was the head chef of the Moscow restaurant 15 Kitchen Bar, which, under Andrey's leadership, became one of the first Russian establishments to receive a recommendation from the Michelin Guide. Previously, Andrey Sutin headed the kitchen of the Blossom gastro-bistro on Patriarch's Ponds in Moscow, as well as the Borough restaurant and the Asian neo-bistro "Guchi" on Rubinstein Street in St. Petersburg.
