Andrey's career in the culinary world is marked by significant projects in both Russian capitals. From February 2021 to January 2022, he was the head chef of the Moscow restaurant 15 Kitchen Bar, which, under Andrey's leadership, became one of the first Russian establishments to receive a recommendation from the Michelin Guide. Previously, Andrey Sutin headed the kitchen of the Blossom gastro-bistro on Patriarch's Ponds in Moscow, as well as the Borough restaurant and the Asian neo-bistro "Guchi" on Rubinstein Street in St. Petersburg. In 2022, Andrey opened the Hungrybearfood restaurant in Lausanne, Switzerland, as the executive chef, and it was featured in the prestigious Gault & Millau guide. The guide's reviewers praised the crispy asparagus with a delicate anchovy mousse, the eggplant with spices, and the panna cotta with pine confit and rosemary. Andrey Sutin has worked under the guidance of Glenn Ballis at the "Margarita" restaurant (the first project of Lucky Group) and collaborated with Anton Abrezov at the "Rozmarin" restaurant at the Rosa Khutor resort. His resume also includes renowned establishments in both capitals, such as "Kokoko" and White Rabbit, as well as the premium restaurants "Mansarda" and "Ribeye" from the GInza Project holding. At the Alice Garden restaurant, where Andrey joined the team in the autumn of 2023, the chef prepares Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on Italy, presented in a modern and creative way, with a concept of comfortable dining. Familiar ingredients are revealed through new flavor profiles, and the visually appealing presentation of the dishes delights not only the taste buds but also the eye. The chef strives to avoid overwhelming the dishes with excessive spices and decorations. His focus is on highlighting the key elements of each culinary creation: Andrey emphasizes harmonious and vibrant combinations of ingredients that allow each product to reveal new flavor dimensions.
