Alice Garden is a "secret garden" in St. Petersburg: stepping through its doors is like entering a magical realm. After walking down a narrow corridor, completely covered in picturesque, exotic flowers in the style of William Morris, you find yourself in a spacious, light-filled atrium with a 25-meter high dome – and a world of wonder begins. The sunny atmosphere, the gentle murmur of water in the fountain, and the feeling of eternal summer transport your imagination to the charming square of an ancient Italian town. Behind the long bar, cocktails are expertly mixed, and time seems to fly by as you enjoy a glass and engaging conversation. Another step, and you are once again surrounded by the enchanting plants from the mysterious and beautiful world of Morris and his contemporaries. This magical, hidden country, located in the heart of the northern metropolis, is inspired by the Mediterranean. The renowned Italian, Fabrizio Fatucchi, was involved in the project's development, and today, Chef Andrei Syutin prepares classic Mediterranean dishes here: familiar ingredients are revealed in new and exciting flavors, and the presentation guarantees a "wow" effect. The "secret garden" offers a space for gatherings for almost any occasion: leisurely family meals, romantic dates, friendly get-togethers, and business lunches. The extensive wine list features approximately 150 selections, with a focus on wines from the Old World. The cocktail menu is like a treasure chest of surprises. Head bartender Anatoly Sokolov and his team create a captivating performance around the preparation of drinks: a unique, mobile bar arrives at your table – and the show begins! The main characters of the collection of signature cocktails are legendary figures in every sense, from the ancient ruler Nero and the brilliant chemist Louis Pasteur to Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte and the mythological hero Icarus.
