ARKA

ARKA is a stylish bar-restaurant in St. Petersburg, where the concept embodies three key elements: bar, food, and atmosphere.

BAR: The bar's specialty is mixed drinks. We use alternative sugars and acids in our cocktails. We actively incorporate fermented beverages – probiotics – and maintain a minimalist approach in both presentation and flavor. We create glasses from recycled bottles, sort our waste, and minimize the use of plastic. Dmitry Suvorov is in charge of the bar.

FOOD: Our cuisine can be described as "comfort food" – a familiar and everyday format with a focus on mindful consumption, presented in a unique way by our chef, Andrey Polyashov. The emphasis is on flavor. Our concept goes beyond the traditional definition of "comfort food," which we believe is not only about the quality and accessibility of the food, but also about hospitality, care, and atmosphere.

SPACE: ARKA is a space that hosts stylish and lively parties on Fridays and Saturdays, featuring both international and Russian DJs.
