About
The head pastry chef of YAUZA, Darya Serebryakova, grew up in Moscow and graduated from college with a degree in "Technology." Darya completed several internships and then joined "Pushkin," where she ultimately dedicated her life to desserts. She decided not to stand still and continued to develop her skills in the pastry field. In 2020, she joined White Rabbit, where she worked as a pastry chef until 2022, and then moved to YAUZA. The head pastry chef uses her unique vision in her desserts, integrating the flavors of local ingredients that inspire her.
The desserts at Yauza are a reason to visit in themselves. Head pastry chef Darya Serebryakova ("Pushkin," White Rabbit) combines taste, aesthetics, and philosophy in each dessert. In her work, she loves to express her creativity and show people that desserts can have depth. Darya enjoys creating sophisticated desserts that motivate people. For her, desserts are not just something to fill the stomach, but a philosophy that inspires new achievements.
Darya's signature dessert, the "Medovik," features thin, almost transparent layers. The delicate flavor of honey is enhanced by ice cream made with hay and linden flowers. It's a perfect example of everything in balance. This dessert is dedicated to those who inspire us.
