Alexander Petrunin, a young and ambitious chef who previously worked at Blanc, has become the new head chef at the "Radio" restaurant. He brings his vision, talent, and passion for experimentation to the role.

Chef Alexander Petrunin combines a classical technical education with a love for his profession. His passion for cooking began in childhood: at the age of 12, he found himself in the kitchen of a church refectory, where grandmothers, parishioners, first showed him the magic of baking, after which the family ate pastries for two weeks. After graduating with a degree in food technology and design from the Nizhny Novgorod Institute, he absorbed experience at every internship.

His style is comfort food, based on a professional approach and a love for detail. Alexander believes that the kitchen should be understandable, comforting, and honest. He honed this approach in projects that were significant to him: at the seafood restaurant "Kusto," where he realized he wanted to dedicate his life to gastronomy; at the wine bistro "Meteor," where he took his first steps as an author; and at Yauza Place, under the guidance of Andrey Lapin, which marked the beginning of his ascent. A significant place in Alexander's career was the Blanc restaurant, where he held the position of head chef.

Today, Alexander sees the magic of a restaurant in its operation as a single organism and in the smiles of its guests. He draws inspiration from everywhere: from emotions, from people, and from the world itself. At "Radio," the chef is bringing new, vibrant ideas and his own interpretation of familiar dishes, while preserving the restaurant's warmth and atmosphere.
