The restaurant, serving European cuisine with dishes prepared in a unique style and focusing on seasonal ingredients, remains the centerpiece. It's a great idea to start your day with breakfast, served daily until 2:00 PM, and then stay for lunch or dinner. The head chef, Andrei Lapin, is a familiar name to many, known from the Yauza restaurant. He suggests starting your culinary journey with beef tartare, served with black garlic aioli, chives, and truffle oil. He also recommends trying the slow-cooked beef cheek with a hint of rosemary, served with carrot cream and kimchi cucumbers, as well as the ginger chicken.

The desserts, created by head pastry chef Darya Serebryakova (Yauza), are another reason to visit Blanc. Each dessert combines taste, aesthetics, and philosophy. A favorite among many guests is the mille-feuille with pastry cream and seasonal berries. The pastry chef recommends trying the crème catalana with Aperol. Another new addition is the tart with raspberries and bourbon vanilla.
