SVET
About
A gastronomic theater where the core concept is the philosophy of creation, using haute cuisine and theater as its tools: a theatrical atmosphere, immersive sound, and a projection-based light show.
SVET is a unique project in the history of Moscow: it's a synthesis of a theatrical performance with 360° visuals, a vocal performance by an artist, and a gastronomic dinner, where the dishes are a logical extension of each plotline in the performance. GUILTY SHOW is the premiere performance of the SVET gastronomic theater. The audience is invited to view current issues of the modern world – money, sex, idleness, power, ego – from a fundamentally different perspective. However, not with the aim of judging them, but to enjoy observing familiar phenomena from an unconventional point of view. The team's extensive work involves not only the creativity of the idea but also the high level of technical execution. The SVET gastronomic theater immerses the audience in the atmosphere of the performance, using dynamic video transmission in 360 degrees and specially created sound with original music composed for the GUILTY SHOW performance. The audience becomes a witness to a unique theatrical experience, created at the peak of sensory perception: light, sound, and visuals allow you to experience fundamentally new emotions, unlike anything else. SVET is a separate world and a unique aesthetic, immersing yourself in which will be unforgettable. The team of the SVET gastronomic theater: The director of the project is Sergey Glazkov: a laureate of many Russian theater awards, a leading director of the Moscow Art Theater, possessing a unique talent and impressive theatrical experience. He is the author of the Guilty Show performance – the ideas of the immortal works of Dante and Agatha Christie served as his inspiration, and the performance rightfully deserves a place among the maestro's most important works. The brand chef is Stanislav Pesotsky, one of the popularizers of modern Nordic cuisine in Russia, a winner and ambassador of our country at many gastronomic festivals around the world. Stanislav has experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants in America, Norway, Sweden, and Finland; his dishes balance on the edge of pure gastronomic minimalism and the concentration of vibrant flavors, creating fundamentally new impressions. The head bartender is Alexander Litvinov, who has contributed to the development of important venues in Moscow's bar culture. The Wheretoeat guide boldly calls Alexander a legend of the industry, and fans of his bar creations follow him from establishment to establishment. In the SVET project, he will help enhance the guests' experience – they can expect a truly unusual cocktail pairing, where each drink is a true diamond of mixology art.
