This wine bar, with its affordable prices, is situated in the building of a closed Radio Engineering Research Institute. The creators are: Yevgenia Kachalova (Wine Bazaar), Mikhail Lopatin, and Nikita Fomkin. The signature dish of "The Wine Faculty" is grilled chicken, prepared in its classic Moscow style. In addition to the chicken, the "faculty's" staff will offer hot dogs or potatoes with various fillings. The wine list features prices ranging from 260 rubles per glass to tens of thousands of rubles per bottle. The interior meticulously recreates the atmosphere of a scientific library, with dim lighting, real bullfinches in cages, and a vast collection of books. In 2023, "The Wine Faculty" will launch an extensive educational program focused on Russian wines.
