Hedonist, a restaurant serving innovative Georgian cuisine, is part of the Hedonist Group.

The Hedonist restaurant, offering innovative Georgian cuisine from the Hedonist Group, opened in April 2021 at Pokrovsky Boulevard, 8, building 1. It's a space where culinary arts transform into an experience, and each dinner becomes a celebration. The atmosphere is one of warm Southern hospitality, with signature cocktails, an extensive wine list, and a cuisine that showcases Georgia through the lens of modern gastronomy. In October of the same year, Hedonist was recognized in the Michelin Guide 2022 recommendations. The overall concept and philosophy of the restaurant are still being developed by Chef David Chelidze, the person who established the project's unique flavor profile. He is currently developing the Kinkally restaurant in London (also featured in the Michelin Guide 2024). Chef Alexander Alexandrov is responsible for the kitchen at the Moscow restaurant. He has been part of the team since its opening and has risen through the ranks from sous chef to head chef. Having worked on international projects, including as a chef at the Emirates Sports Hotel in Dubai, Alexander has developed his own culinary style: a respect for Georgian traditions, a modern presentation, and a refined sense of flavor balance. His dishes are an extension of the Hedonist philosophy while also bringing a fresh perspective to the menu. Hedonist is a place for those who appreciate taste, enjoy life, and value atmosphere. The core of the concept is food, philosophy, and connection. We believe that gastronomy is a language through which we can express the most important things: beauty, pleasure, and the freedom to be oneself. In the spring of 2025, Hedonist expanded its reach and opened its doors in Tobolsk, a city with a unique energy, where taste has now also become an art form.
