Coperto, an Italian restaurant and cinema located on Pokrovsky Boulevard, is a cozy spot for those seeking a different side of Moscow. It boasts a delicate, sophisticated atmosphere and impeccable service, offering guests a menu of adapted Italian and original cuisine, as well as a premium cinema for true film enthusiasts. The restaurant's interior, designed in an eco-style, was created under the sensitive guidance of designer Anastasia Kulikova. She brought a sense of lightness to the space, filling it with air and harmoniously combining natural materials with metallic elements. Large panoramic windows that flood the restaurant with light perfectly complement the interior design. A distinctive feature of Coperto is its meticulously designed premium cinema. The small, cozy room with 11 seats features a Barco projector, and the sound system has been developed exclusively for the acoustics of the space. Comfortable recliner chairs made of Alcantara and natural leather, with luxurious fillings, a "starry sky" reminiscent of a Rolls-Royce, and a button to call a waiter for ordering food transform the viewing of new releases and timeless classics into an exciting experience. The kitchen is headed by young chef Alexander Bugrov. Coperto is Alexander's first project as head chef, but he confidently manages the restaurant's kitchen, drawing on his experience from Novikov School and an internship in France at the Michelin-starred restaurant Les Maisons Marcon. The cuisine at Coperto leans towards adapted Italian and original dishes. Great attention is paid to the freshness and quality of the ingredients. For example, even authentic Italian pasta is made in-house. Guests can independently select a glass of wine to complement their meal using the electronic sommelier Wine Chef. The wine list features a wide selection of the best Italian and French wines and is regularly updated with new options to cater to guests' preferences.
