He began his career under the guidance of French chef Nicolas Brian at the restaurant in Bad-Gastein. At the age of 22, he became a sous chef at a Pan-Asian restaurant. He worked for a long time in Chelyabinsk, then moved to Gelendzhik, where he tried his hand as a sous chef at the 5-star Kempinski hotel, in a luxurious restaurant with a sea view, under the direction of Evgeny Tsiganov. He was involved in the opening of the 5-star Marriott hotel in Krasnodar. He also successfully completed internships at the Cococo restaurant in St. Petersburg, under Igor Grischechkin, and at the Harvest restaurant, under Dmitry Blinov and Ivan Frolukhin.

Currently, he is managing a wonderful project at the Solnechnaya Dolina resort, the Luxor restaurant, which features innovative cuisine.

He is married and has children. His hobbies include sports, travel, and cookbooks. He has previously translated numerous books for Beautiful Food, the largest professional knowledge base about modern cuisine.
