About

Mikhail Mikhailov is a proponent of modern simplicity, and at the core of his culinary philosophy are the taste and quality of the main ingredients – whether they are local or seasonal. Mikhail is a supporter of bold, explosive flavors, believing them to be the key components of a memorable dining experience. Throughout his career, Mikhail has completed internships with some of the top chefs in the country: Dmitry Blinov at his restaurants Duo, Duo Asia, Harvest, and TarTar Bar; he has worked alongside the Berezyutsky brothers, Ivan and Sergei, at the restaurants Twins and Twins Garden; and he has collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Adrian Ketglas at the Grand Cru restaurant in Moscow. Mikhail has also participated in and won numerous culinary competitions and festivals.

His interests include sports, hiking, running, and spending time with his family. His favorite place in the city is the Krasnoyarsk Pillars.
