Throughout his career, he has been involved with more than ten restaurants in St. Petersburg, including "Vesna," Mix, PMI bar, "Gastronomica," and the restaurant at the Residence Hotel & SPA in Repino. Together with the Berezuetsky brothers, Vitaly opened Wine & Crab in Moscow, where he served as the head chef, and later, Twins Garden. In recent years, Vitaly has completed internships in more than 20 countries, interacting with chefs in restaurants around the world, cooking together, and learning new techniques.
