About
He began his career working at the "President-Hotel," then studied Japanese cuisine at the "Sushi Vesla" restaurant. Afterwards, he spent five years honing his skills in Spanish cuisine at the "Maestro de Oliva" restaurant. He then worked at the "Gastronom" magazine and its culinary school, as well as at the "Latin Quarter" restaurant.
Currently, he is a professional instructor at the Novikov School. During his teaching career, he has trained over 1000 students. He has also prepared meals in various locations, including the Altai region, Lake Baikal, the Astashov estate, and Sakhalin Island.
