About
Andrey Kuznetsov is one of the first chefs to utilize locally sourced products from the Altai region and was instrumental in the development of hotels and restaurants in the Republic of Altai. He honed his culinary skills under renowned chefs at Moscow's top restaurants, including the Novikov School, where he studied with Ivan and Sergey Berezutsky, Adrian Ketglas, Glenn Ballis, and Luigi Mani. Andrey is a champion of modern Siberian cuisine, appearing on culinary television shows such as "Let's Go, Let's Eat!" on NTV, participating in the "Gastronomic Map of Russia" project, and for over 10 years, he has been introducing guests to the authentic local cuisine of Altai at the highest level.
