About
Andrey Chetvernov graduated from the History Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2007, and then went on to study at the Le Cordon Bleu culinary academy in Paris. He graduated with honors in 2014.
He subsequently worked in restaurants in France, Italy, Kazakhstan, Estonia, and Russia. Currently, he is the Head Chef and instructor for the professional program at Novikov School, and also creates online video tutorials for the Novikov School website. He has been involved in the opening of various projects, including: "Les Français" bistro, "Antique" bar & food, "LureMe," "Humans Seafood," "[KU:] Ramen," "Rombus," "Zupperia," "Glenuill," and others. He is currently working on the "Scampi" trattoria project.
