The Rombo restaurant was founded in 2016, and in September 2021, it reopened its doors with a completely new concept. The new owner, Albert Alexandrantz, decided to share his own interpretations of classic Italian dishes with the Moscow public. His unique concept was inspired by numerous travels throughout the regions of Italy and the Mediterranean. On one hand, it features classic Italian dishes, complemented by a wine list with attractive prices. On the other hand, it offers musical accompaniment with the best of Italian pop music. The restaurant also boasts an original cocktail menu featuring traditional Italian flavors. The space is designed with contrasts, combining modern textures of concrete and cement with the familiar luxury of velvet, brass, and mirrors. An art installation by the Moscow studio "Nebesnye Ryby" – a panel made of mirrored mosaic depicting an octopus – serves as an ironic accent in the interior.
