Bukhta

A new drinking establishment, "Bukhta," has opened on Bolshaya Ordynka, from the creators of Burger Heroes, "Doma Kultury," and "Ryumochnaya Mechta."

The intimate bar, "Bukhta," is located on the first floor of the original Burger Heroes location, and not by chance. The burger bar team decided to create a small drinking establishment offering strong spirits there, while beer is always available on the floor above at Burger Heroes. Its location in the courtyard, next to the "Museum of Naval History," immediately gave the project a fitting theme, including in the name, which, however, everyone will understand in their own way: For some, it evokes memories of a warm summer vacation and a sea breeze, while for others, it conjures up images of a wild youth and high-spirited parties, where alcohol flows freely. Ultimately, both interpretations will be correct.

The bar menu focuses on infusions made with high-quality spirits, such as "Chernaya Mamba" (250₽), "Korovka" (250₽), and "Beregovaya" (300₽).

In addition to these, there are cocktails created by Victoria Sidorova, known for her work at "Shalom Bar" – the project's creative inspiration and creator of the bar menu.

The menu itself has been designed with the utmost care for the guests. To avoid overwhelming choices, the infusions are divided into two groups: "Basic" with classic flavors (limoncello, gooseberry, strawberry, etc.), and "Creative" – unique infusions created specifically for "Bukhta."

The bar also features cocktails from the modern classics, including rare and original variations, such as a tequila-mezcal version of the "Giblet" cocktail (810₽), a "Bloody Mary" or, in a new interpretation, "Kovarnaya Mary" (750₽), and a forgotten genre of beer cocktails, of which there are currently 3 on the menu (one of them, "Samy Limonny Shendi" (750₽), is sure to be a hit with many).

The establishment's format and its proximity to the burger joint do not include substantial food items, but a few snack options for "light bites" will be available at the bar very soon.

The concept of the establishment will appeal to both Burger Heroes patrons who want to enjoy a drink after their meal, and to bar enthusiasts in the Ordynka and Pyatnitskaya area, who will be able to find another spot for a delicious and quick drink during their evening and nighttime outings. And maybe, not so quick – time will tell!
