Nikolai began his career as a Chef at the Dedeman Silk Road 5-star hotel restaurant. He then gained experience at restaurants including Parisjsk, Che Guevara, 1920, Butcher, Lureme, Marea, and Italy. Since 2015, he has been overseeing the La Provincia restaurant under the guidance of Executive Chef Vladimir Kokhlov.
