About

Tamaz Amaryan began his career in 2003 at the restaurant "Point of Boiling." He soon worked as a chef at restaurants including Angelo, at the Baccara casino, and at La Terrassa, La Provincia, and La Prima. He underwent training in Rome, Italy, and also completed an internship at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant "Konvivio Troiani" under the guidance of chefs Luciano Di Carlo and Angelo Troiani. His first mentor was Vladimir Khokhlov, the brand chef of the Gourmet Alliance holding. They continue to work together to this day.
