About
Vladimir Khokhlov was born in Bryansk. He graduated from the Bryansk Technical College of the Food Industry, where he earned a diploma as a chef. After graduating, he immediately moved to the capital. His career began at the restaurant "De Marco." He was then invited to develop the menu for a suburban restaurant called "Porto Banus." He subsequently had internships at establishments in Piedmont and Tuscany, where he learned the secrets of preparing Mediterranean and traditional Italian dishes. Since 2010, he has worked at "La Provincia," under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Paulo Casagrande. Vladimir has been working within the structure of a restaurant holding for 16 years. When he became the head chef, he was responsible for 4 restaurants; now, he oversees 10.
Vladimir is fascinated by military structures, but he couldn't live by a strict code of conduct. Therefore, he maintains a very disciplined environment in the kitchen, not because of a desire for military precision, but due to his personality.
