About
Vladimir Shamoyan is one of the youngest chefs in Moscow's culinary scene. While studying finance and economics, Vladimir decided to make a radical career change and enrolled in the "Novikov School" to learn the art of cooking under the guidance of Artur Ovchinnikov. His great-grandfather, who was a chef in Tbilisi, inspired him to take this path. At the age of 21, he had the opportunity to work under the guidance of renowned chefs such as the Berezutsky brothers, Vladimir Mukhin, Roman Palkin, Denis Demyanov, Artur Ovchinnikov, Andrei Shmakov, Igor Grischechkin, Evgeny Zinev, and many others, while also developing his own unique culinary style. Vladimir advises aspiring chefs to read as much culinary literature as possible, follow both international and Russian chefs, experiment with new ingredients, not be afraid to combine "unconventional" flavors, and always strive for innovation.
