Anton Kochubei, one of the most talented and acclaimed chefs in Rostov-on-Don, has become the head chef of the legendary "Dr. Zhivago" restaurant, a modern Russian cuisine establishment recommended by the MICHELIN Guide Moscow 2022. Previously, Anton led the kitchen of the "Onegin Dacha" restaurant (named the best regional project by GQ in 2017, and ranked in the top 100 by the Spoon Guide in 2017) and served as the executive chef for the "Good Restaurants" group, which included over 20 restaurants in Rostov-on-Don. Anton is also an instructor at the Novikov School of Culinary Arts. Anton Kochubei is a prominent figure in the new wave of progressive chefs.
