About
Developed dessert menus for PepsiCo's participation in the 2016 Economic Forum. Created and served dessert menus for the VIP lounge (for presidents and other high-ranking officials from participating countries) at the FIFA Confederations Cup in St. Petersburg, June-July 2017. Participated numerous times in wine dinners featuring guest chefs from Japan, Italy, Spain, the UK, and Argentina. I conduct personal masterclasses at large culinary events in St. Petersburg and Moscow. I teach high-level pastry courses at various locations throughout the city. I have publications in magazines. In 2019, I founded the online school Lylova School. I teach practical masterclasses, as well as online courses. In 2020, I received the "Best Pastry Chef" award from Timeout Spb. I believe that our lives depend only on ourselves.
Experience: In France, I worked at the restaurants Bastide de Capelongue (**) and Pic (***). The city's food enthusiasts recognized Irina back in 2014 at "Gastronomika" as an exemplary pastry chef of the new generation: textures are always light, sweetness is moderate, and the presentation is impressive. I had the opportunity to study with Ducasse and at Valrhona. For the past 1.5 years, I held the position of Brand Pastry Chef at Cococo group (Cococouture, Cococo bistro, Bio my Bio). Currently, I am the Pastry Chef at the Four Seasons Lion Palace St. Petersburg.
