Denis Denisov's culinary career began approximately 17 years ago. During that time, the chef has worked in several prominent restaurants in St. Petersburg, including "Lumière," the restaurant at the State Hermitage Hotel, and Grand Cru, which features the innovative cuisine of Spanish chef Adrian Ketglas.

Denis Denisov served as a sous chef and later as the head chef at the "Skotny Dvor" restaurant, which specializes in innovative cuisine. There, he was able to realize his potential and combine his accumulated experience and expertise. Until February 2022, he led the kitchen at the "Nasledniki" restaurant.
