The restaurant features a regularly updated seasonal menu. The breakfast menu is available from opening (weekdays from 12:00, weekends and holidays from 10:00) until 16:30, while the main menu is served from 17:00 to 23:00. The restaurant team, led by Alexander Pimenov, places special emphasis on cheeses, bread, and farm-fresh products: they grow their own herbs and vegetables, collaborate with local farmers and foragers, produce their own cheeses, and bake their own bread. The wine and cocktail lists reflect the restaurant's core principle: naturalness.
