We are currently developing our culinary project. I am responsible for the kitchen and the concept. My colleague, Alexandra, handles the service and communication. This project was born from a passion – a business that we both truly love. It is this energy that gives it life and strength. The project combines innovative cuisine with attentive service throughout the evening, creating an immersive and emotional experience for our guests. I completed an internship at the restaurant "Bourgeois Bohemians" and "Ukhvat." I have experience in catering. I held the position of production manager and was involved in catering services. I worked for two years in a culinary project in the Tver region as a sous chef. The restaurant's concept: A team of champions. The menu featured dishes that had been recognized in professional competitions.

I was born in Stavropol and moved to Moscow in 2015. I enrolled in the "West" Culinary School with the clear intention of developing a career in the industry. A key turning point was my participation in the WorldSkills Russia championship, where only one participant is selected each year. In my first year, I took second place, losing to my main competitor. This defeat became not only a point of growth but also a personal turning point. This year, we are getting married. In the following season, I intensified my training: I won the regional stage and became the vice-champion at the national stage among 60 regions.
