Pavel entered the bar industry at the age of 18. He has worked as a bar manager in various Moscow restaurants, including "Beluga," "Voronezh," and "Manon," as well as in bars such as Icon, GQ, and Simachev, and in St. Petersburg restaurants like "Gelsomino" and "Arena," both part of the Ginza Project. Since 2019, Pavel Zotkin has led the bar team at the restaurant "Crab & Kebab." He develops unique, signature cocktails, drawing inspiration primarily from people and interactions with them. "People are my main source of inspiration. And every drink I create is for the guests, for their enjoyment. The team is also an integral part of this journey. I remember every professional who has been a part of it, and I value everyone we work with now."
