He studied with renowned pastry chefs: Alexander Kislytsin, Lyudmila Bukina, Andrey Kanakin, and Vladislav Panchenko. He worked as a freelance pastry chef, taking orders for cakes, pastries, and cupcakes. He also opened a family-owned pastry shop in Nizhnevartovsk. In Moscow, Anton worked on projects such as "T1," "ZAVARNOY," "Scho," and "Omela." Finally, in 2023, he joined the team of the "KrabyKutaby" restaurant as the head pastry chef. In 2025, he also took on the leadership of the pastry department at Black Thai.
Anton Shelemetov was born and raised in Nizhnevartovsk. From a young age, he helped his mother in the kitchen, but when his parents were not at home, he would experiment and try to cook using his mother's cookbooks.
