This new eclectic approach is a response to the current trend in the capital city for crab dishes, a playful take on the "Surf & Turf" style that combines meat and seafood in a single dish, and a modern, ironic reinterpretation of Caucasian cuisine.
Chef Artem Martirosyan presents crab saatsivi, served in a fragrant Georgian sauce made with walnuts. Crab filling can be found in kutaby, chebureks, khinkali, and even in crispy, expertly crafted donuts. The menu features over 30 dishes made with 10 different types of crab.
