Sergey has been working as a chef in various restaurants in Moscow since 2006. In 2013, he started working for Anton Koval'kov at the restaurant "Lyubimoe Mesto 22.13" as a chef in the hot kitchen. After a year, he was promoted to sous chef. He then worked on the DOOR 19 project, where he gained extensive experience working with renowned foreign chefs such as Ana Ros, Eneko Atxa, and Bryse Shuman. After that, Sergey joined Anatoly Kazakov as a sous chef at the restaurant SELFIE, where he worked for six months. He also has experience working at restaurants including FAHRENHEIT, Friendly Crab, FILE Bistro & Bar, PePeBianko, Mama Carlo, Lapshiza, and Gibling. Since May 2019, he has been the head chef at the Voronezh restaurant.

He graduated from Technological College 14 with a degree in culinary arts.
