About

THE MOST GRANDIOSE MEAT RESTAURANT IN THE CAPITAL IS LOCATED IN A LATE 18TH-CENTURY MANSION ON PRECHISTENKA STREET. WITH A TOTAL AREA OF 1,000 SQUARE METERS AND 250 SEATING PLACES, RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. EACH FLOOR IS UNIQUELY DESIGNED. TO THE LEFT OF THE ENTRANCE IS A SNACK BAR WITH A LIMITED MENU, Featuring burgers, "homemade" sausages, and the restaurant's signature pastrami sandwich, as well as a meat counter with a phenomenal selection of premium beef cuts from the Russian brand "PrimeBeef" (the farms of the "Zarechnoye" holding are mostly located in the Voronezh region). The second floor houses the "Voronezh" restaurant, offering cuisine from the Russian provinces with a strong emphasis on meat-based gastronomy. The provincial cuisine focuses on local ingredients, so dishes are categorized by their main ingredient, whether it's Luhovitskie cucumbers, Caspian salmon, Sakhalin shrimp, pearl barley with white mushrooms, or stuffed Kostroma duck neck. The "Meat" section features a wide selection of alternative steaks, cut exclusively for the "Rappoport Restaurants" holding from the finest Aberdeen-Angus cattle in Russia. The third floor is the renovated "Meat Club," a legendary restaurant that previously occupied a location on Kuznetsky Most. In addition to its exceptional tartares and steaks, they serve the famous Thai beef salad, pheasant patties with lingonberry sauce, baked bone marrow, and slow-cooked "short ribs" with juniper.
