"Salt of the Earth" is a large-scale project by gastronomic journalist and creator of the "Sol'" media platform, Ivan Glushkov. It's a series of dinners featuring top chefs in the most vibrant and unique locations in the country, using only locally sourced, seasonal ingredients gathered just before the dinner, with no pre-prepared dishes or ingredients brought from elsewhere.
