About
After working in Papa's and "Svinya i Biser" restaurants in Krasnoyarsk, he decided to move to Moscow to gain experience and further his development. In the capital, he had the opportunity to work at "Gvidon" and at the Michelin-starred restaurant Selfie. There, he absorbed the spirit of haute cuisine and is now full of ideas and inspiration.
He returned home due to family circumstances, where he took over the kitchen at "Seabass&Sauvignon."
He was born in the city of Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk region. Initially, he was a professional football player. By a fortunate coincidence, he ended up in the kitchen, and then, as they say, "it was a spark, a storm, a whirlwind." His main passion and love is cooking, but he hasn't abandoned sports. While in Moscow, he became interested in literature and poetry, which undoubtedly inspires him to be creative and to develop new, unique recipes.
