He honed this principle at the legendary "Prague" restaurant on Arbat Street – the very place where the "Bird's Milk" and "Prague" cakes were created. A significant milestone in his career was joining the Selfie restaurant, where he has been working with Chef Anatoly Kazakov for 11 years since its opening. Throughout his professional journey, the chef has participated in numerous dinners and masterclasses with colleagues from different countries and projects, which has broadened his horizons and enhanced his professionalism. Today, Yegor creates seasonal and themed desserts, and reinterprets classic pastries, drawing inspiration from unconventional solutions.
