About
Since 2010, he has been working in the kitchen of the "Koftun-Sushi" chain of restaurants in Moscow. Since 2013, he has been an intern in the kitchens of the "Rose-Bar" and "ForteBello" restaurants. In 2014, he launched the "Samurai-Sushi" project in Crimea. In 2016, he worked at the "Terrine" French cuisine restaurant under the guidance of Chef and owner Nikolai Shestukhin. In 2018, he was the Chef at the "Beluga" restaurant, later working under the direction of Anton Koval'kov. In 2019, he worked in St. Petersburg under the guidance of Igor Kornev, holding the position of Senior Sushi Chef at two establishments, "Meat-Head" and "Nakhodka SeaFood&Bar." Later that year, he became the Chef at the "Meat-Head" restaurant. In 2020, he took over the management of the "GOD'S" restaurant, specializing in авторская (author's) cuisine. In 2020, he gained experience working at the "PrimeBeef" academy. In 2021, he took over the management of the "Vesna" Hot-Art establishments in Makhachkala.
He is a speaker at "PirExpo" and the international forum for chefs. He was involved in launching the "Dark Kitchen" platform. In 2022, he managed the kitchen of the "Legends" restaurant in Magnitogorsk. In 2023, he served as Brand Chef, managing the "Kamchatka" restaurant in Almaty. In 2024, he served as Brand Chef, managing the "Honest Fish" chain of restaurants in Moscow.
He was born in Uzbekistan, studied petroleum engineering, and spent his childhood in the kitchen. This hobby eventually turned into a passion. He is married and has a dog named Mozart.
