Anton Chebotarev is the head chef at the "Sыrovarnya" restaurant. Previously, he worked at the Italian restaurants Bona Capona and the acclaimed, innovative restaurant Eclipse. This experience was complemented by training at the prestigious Cuisine culinary academy in Italy. Another Italian chapter in Anton's life was his internship at the Butterfly restaurant in Tuscany, which holds a Michelin star.
