In 2014, gastronomy became the chef's main passion when he met the restaurants of Arkady Novikov and was inspired by his work. In 2020, Eugene began working at the "Sыrovarnya" restaurant in Gelendzhik, where he held the position of prep cook. This is where his conscious professional development began. After two years of hard work and growth, he received an invitation to become the sous chef at the "Sыrovarnya" restaurant in Krasnaya Polyana, a major resort in the country. His talent and dedication did not go unnoticed, so in 2025, Eugene was offered the position of head chef at the new "Sыrovarnya" restaurant in Anapa. This was a natural progression in his career within the Novikov Group. Italian cuisine holds a special place in Eugene's heart; he sees in it the perfect combination of simplicity and depth of flavor. In his work, he strives for the synergy of gastronomic balance and the smooth, professional collaboration of the team.
