He began his culinary career in 2005 as a cook at the "Checkpoint" restaurant on Petrovka in Moscow. For nearly twenty years, he gratefully learned from his mentors: Adrian Ketglas and Pavel Belyaev ("Cipollino" and "AQ Kitchen"), who made significant contributions to Anton's professional development. In 2022, Anton, together with chef Leonid Ivanov, participated in the opening of the "Yug 22" restaurant project, where he subsequently worked for a year and a half, making significant progress in his professional growth. Throughout his career, he has acquired valuable skills from renowned figures in the restaurant industry, such as Denis Krupnya ("Bambule"), Invert Tlekhuch ("Pafos"), and Enver Djemilov ("Lou Lou" and "Good Girl"). Currently, Anton heads the kitchen of the flagship restaurant "Sыrovarnya" on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street. The chef delights and surprises guests with his talent and skill. A creative approach is not just a phrase for Anton; it is his guiding principle. He finds inspiration for his culinary creations in sports, hobbies, and spending time with his family. Anton is interested in psychology and the history of Ancient Rus, and he is dedicated to self-improvement. Anton is always supported by his wife, who not only inspires him to achieve creative breakthroughs, but also provides valuable advice, which is often essential for reaching his goals.
