PAFOS is a new concept that brings together the beloved atmosphere and authentic cuisine of Greek resorts.

This two-story space houses two distinct projects: a brasserie and a large Greek restaurant. Both spaces capture the relaxed pace of life in the Mediterranean islands and the festive spirit that is synonymous with Greek resorts. The ground floor welcomes guests with the ambiance of a classic Greek resort, featuring a bar, access to a VIP room, and an entrance to a bright brasserie. A staircase leads to the restaurant on the second floor. The brasserie evokes the feeling of a casual seaside establishment, with white walls reminiscent of the houses of Santorini, patterned tiles, and touches of azure blue, like those found on Mykonos. The second floor resembles a family villa, where good taste and the nobility of nature blend harmoniously. Here, guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey through the origins of Greek gastronomy, with dishes created by Chef Leonid Ivanov (Alba Group) and Invert Tlekhuch, who previously worked at the Metropol Hotel restaurant and Wine&Crab.
