Smash Point: Burger culture in a focused concept on Bolshaya Bronnaya Street. Smash Point, from a group of newcomers in the restaurant world, but with the right approach, is now a must-visit spot on any city tour. No exaggeration. This is arguably the first single-concept project in Russia dedicated to smash burgers (where "smash" means "flattened" or "crushed"). The patties are initially pressed against a hot surface using a special press to achieve the perfect flavor profile: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The caramelized, appetizingly crusty patty is juicy and free from the excessive additions of extra ingredients that are common in traditional burgers. It's incredibly delicious, juicy, and aesthetically pleasing. Nothing superfluous. Smash burgers are gaining popularity in Russia, while in Europe, they are experiencing a period of triumph: in London and Paris, long queues form for these "flattened" burgers.

The new Smash Point burger joint is pleasantly intimate, with seating for 16 people. The interior design, inspired by industrial presses, is a bold combination of industrial and modern styles. The small space is dominated by creamy yellow and brown tones, and of course, metallic accents. Everything here emphasizes the "compression" concept. For example, the Smash Point inscription appears to be pressed into the wall, or the restroom, which is shaped like the letter "o" – without a single straight angle.

But the true essence of Smash Point is definitely in the menu. It's a place you'll want to linger, and definitely try the smash burgers. At least three times: the classic, with the signature sauce (the recipe is a closely guarded secret, but if you ask nicely, they might whisper it to you), and the smash burger with truffle sauce. The focus is on the patty, which offers both juiciness and a clean, pure flavor. As a complement, you can enjoy crispy french fries with three types of sauce to choose from, natural lemonades, and ice cream.
