Sofia began her career at the restaurant in the Hilton Garden hotel, then worked at the Eclipse restaurant and participated in the opening of the Futurist restaurant. She joined the MINERALS team in 2022 and has progressed from a pastry chef to a department supervisor, head pastry chef, and is now the brand pastry chef at the Wawelberg hotel.
