About
Angelina began her career at the wine restaurant "Holy Place" in Krasnodar, followed by experience working at the White Rabbit Family restaurant chain, specifically "Red Fox" in the resort town of Krasnaya Polyana. Later, she moved to St. Petersburg, where she worked at the Russian cuisine restaurants "Cococo bistro" and "Rene."
Angelina joined the MINERALS team in 2024 and delights guests with her unique perspective on pastry arts.
It all started with my grandmother's recipes, and those simple, home-style preparations provided a great foundation for my culinary experiments. I gained valuable experience in Krasnodar and Krasnaya Polyana, but I would particularly like to highlight the important period of my life in "St. Petersburg." Here, in the city's hotels and restaurants, I progressed from a junior pastry chef to a head chef, passing through the roles of team leader and sous chef. I am inspired by desserts from all over the world, and my principle is to find the perfect balance between a familiar taste and beautiful presentation.
