Minerals is a restaurant featuring modern, innovative cuisine, located in one of the most attractive buildings on Nevsky Prospekt – the five-star Wawelberg Hotel.

The restaurant's core concept revolves around exploring the regions of Russia, from which we source local ingredients and authentic recipes, which are like enchanting gemstones. The comparison to gemstones is not accidental: the interiors of the two dining rooms are decorated with precious and semi-precious stones and minerals from Siberia and the Ural region, including marble, charoit, quartzite, and onyx. The "Minerals" room is where breakfast, appetizers, salads, soups, and main courses are served daily. In addition, guests can enjoy a variety of desserts, which are updated seasonally and have become a signature of the restaurant. The "Charoit" room features an open kitchen, located in the center of the room and framed by a luxurious 20-meter charoit bar. The main lighting is focused on the kitchen, creating a theatrical and somewhat mysterious atmosphere, allowing guests to observe the team's well-coordinated and precise work and the creation of true culinary masterpieces.
