About
Sergey teaches at the Microwave Technology School. He is an expert and participant in all Russian gastronomic festivals. In 2018, he represented Russia at the prestigious international Madrid Fusion festival in Madrid, gave a lecture at an international chefs' congress in Lviv, hosted three gastronomic dinners abroad, and visited 44 cities in Russia with dinners and master classes.
Sergey is a chef from St. Petersburg. In 2006, he graduated from a culinary arts vocational college. He worked on several projects in St. Petersburg, then joined the restaurant Il Pallazzo as a kitchen assistant, and within four years, he became the head sous chef. Afterwards, he moved to Italy to work with his mentor. After a six-month internship at the Michelin-starred Ligurian restaurant "IlVescovado," he began working as a chef at the large Russian holding company "Ginza Project." In 2015, Sergey opened his own gastrobar, Four Hands, in St. Petersburg. Currently, he is a partner and chef at the restaurant Eclipse in St. Petersburg.
